About

Farzana Irfan

I am an O Level and IGCSE Islamiyat teacher based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with a professional history spanning 26 years.

My experience includes more than a decade devoted to teaching Islamiyat at prestigious institutions such as The City School (CCI), Roots Millennium, and The Thinking Schools. Over the years, I have proudly served as a teacher, trainer, and curriculum designer at various institutes across Pakistan. I currently contribute as a visiting faculty member at respected IGCSE schools in Islamabad.

Commitment to Excellence

My dedication extends beyond the classroom; I am affiliated with Cambridge as an Assistant Examiner, assessing official scripts and participating in their rigorous training programs.

While I take great pride in my students' consistent record of achieving top grades, my core mission transcends the report card. I am dedicated to bridging the gap between academic excellence and spiritual growth. I believe that true success lies in thoughtfully applying Islamic morals to our daily lives, securing prosperity in both this world and the Hereafter. My goal is to mentor students who are not only high achievers but also compassionate human beings committed to making the world a more peaceful place.

Empowering the Next Generation (Teaching Channel Focus)

The creation of my teaching channel is to share my deep knowledge and experience with aspiring students and newly inducted teachers. I aim to provide invaluable guidance on:

  • Level marking standards

  • Effective question attempting techniques

  • The critical importance of practicing past papers

All these efforts are geared towards benefiting future students preparing for IGCSE/GCE O Level Islamiyat, enabling them to learn comfortably and effectively from their homes.

Farzana Irfan

I am taking O levels Islamiyat for the last ten years at The City School, CCI. Motivating students to understand the practices of Islam is my utmost challenge.Although my students have always given me laurels by producing excellent grades each year but I believe taking a good grade is not enough, the application of these morals in our life can give us success in this world as well as the afterlife.
